While the beautiful and ultramodern city of Dubai is nothing close to a fashion capital, it is undeniable that moves are being made, things are happening, and fashion is certainly moving in the right direction in the city. At the just concluded Fashion Forward Dubai (FFWD) season 7, for fall/winter 2016, a number of well-dressed participants were spotted, and it’s safe to say this season’s event is a step up from the previous.
