Converse Unveils Chuck Taylor All Star 2

Nearly 100 years since its first introduction, Converse has unveiled the first major update since 1917, to the iconic silhouette. Dubbed Chuck Taylor All Star 2, the sneaker sports recognizable detailing very similar to its predecessor, and it comes equipped with Nike’s Lunarlon technology, along with a foam-padded collar and non-slip gusseted tongue. Additional updates include a perforated micro-suede liner for breathability during lengthy periods of wear. The upper features durable premium canvas, while monochrome matte eyelets rounds up the updated look.

The fall 2015 Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II sneaker is scheduled to make its debut on Tuesday, July 28, for a suggested retail price of $70 USD for the Ox and $75 USD for the high-top at Converse retail stores, select retailers and online at Converse.com, in black, white, red and blue colors.
