Samsung Announces Galaxy Note 5 & S6 Edge+

Samsung has officially announced the latest addition to Galaxy S line – the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+. The Note 5 one one hand combines the elements of the Galaxy S6 and Note 4, featuring a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display along with a 16MP rear-facing camera, 5MP front-facing wide-angle camera, 4GB of RAM, either 32 or 64GB of on-board storage, and the S6′s octa-core Samsung Exynos processor. The phablet also boasts a 3,000mAh battery with wireless and quick charging capabilities, metal frame and glass front, as well as the S Pen returns which is to be used in conjunction with Android 5.1 Lollipop and the proprietary TouchWiz interface.

On the other hand, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is basically a larger and upgraded Galaxy S6 Edge. The new smartphone measures 12mm longer, 5mm wider, and 6.9mm thinner compared to the original S6 Edge. The smartphone boasts the design’s signature dual edge screen, glass body and metal frame, as well as a 5.7″ Quad HD Super AMOLED display and Android 5.1 Lollipop along with an octa-core Exynos processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of on-board storage, a 16MP rear-facing camera, 5MP front-facing wide-angle camera, 1080p full HD video recording, 720p playback, and a 3,000mAh battery.
